Who far are budget airline airports from their destination cities?

On the "Less Than a Shoestring" blog there is a very useful table showing the distance between budget airports and their intended destinations.

I've been caught out by flying to Reus which is one of Ryanair's two "Barcelona airports", neither of which is particularly near Barcelona [Girona is the other one, both Reus and Girona are 100km from Barcelona]. The bus ride into Barcelona from Reus took about 2 hours. .

Sometimes, though, the "budget airport" can be convenient in its own way. I find that the Stansted Express train from Liverpool Street makes Stansted more convenient for the City of London than Heathrow. And Charleroi is perfectly located for the Belgian Grand Prix, though not perfectly located for Brussels [despite being billed as a Brussels airport]. I remember flying over Brussels, when travelling to "Brussels Charleroi", and thinking "Hang on, that was Brussels down there". We flew on quite a distance before landing at Charleroi, practically on the French border. I guess it was a cheap flight though.
